The Romanian midfielder is now close to exiting the Belgian club after Anderlecht rejected what they felt were excessive terms for a contract extension.
"We discussed his possible sale last week when we played against Real. Because of his terms for a new contract, Stoica does not have a future here," general manager Michel Verschueren told Belgian paper Het Nieuwsblad. "Maybe Real Madrid are prepared to meet his demands."
"We are asking them for £1.3million for an immediate transfer. I am not saying a deal has been concluded, but Real are considering our offer.
"For five years, we have done everything for Stoica, but it appears it is over between us now."
