Makelele Blasts Real's 'Lack Of Cohesion'

In an interview with French sports daily 'L'Equipe', Real defensive midfielder Claude Makelele blamed the team's current erratic form in the Liga on the 'poor cohesion' in the locker-room.

"We are not playing like a team, that's why we are badly losing games" he claims.

He also said that Real rely too often on the talent of 'two or three players' to win, which is not good enough for the sake of consistency.

Makelele also blasted the lack of commitment shown by some of his team-mates during matches.

"We sometimes concede goals and fail to react, and therefore we lose matches in the Liga".

"If we contend the title of 'best team in the World', we have to show it on the pitch" concluded an irate Makelele.
