Zidane tells Arsenal's Vieira: Come to Real Madrid

Real Madrid ace Zinedine Zidane has urged Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira to move to Spain.
 
Zidane, 33, said: "After nine years with Arsenal it would be good for him and Real if he joins us."

"Who doesn't see a place for Patrick here? He is in the prime of his life and a change of air could do him good."

Vieira has been linked with a switch to Italian giants Juventus.

But Zidane's words could re-ignite the annual flirtation between Real and Vieira.

Zidane added: "You are at your strongest between the ages of 27 and 31. You feel nothing can happen to you."

"A change during this period gives you a real boost. When I arrived in Madrid four years ago my £45.6million transfer fee was talked about a lot."
