Zidane: I'll play anywhere for Real Madrid

Zinedine Zidane says he is prepared to play as a midfield anchor to help Real Madrid.

The French ace is being considered by Real management to play in the crucial anchor's role, which had been earmarked for Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira before he turned down the Madrid giants in August.

"I have played there before on many occasions," said Zidane. "If the coach asked me to play in central midfield, I would do it. It wouldn't bother me."
