Yesterdays Champions League matches

Group E - H played yesterday their 5th match in phase 1 and 7 out 8 teams are ready for second phase.

Group E.

Rosenborg BK won their first victory by beating Celtic in Norway. Juventus cruise on by winning in Torino by 3-1 against FC Porto. Juventus in through to second phase. FC Porto or Celtic will follow.

Group F.

Fenerbache lost again this time on homefield 1-2 to Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Olympique Lyonnaise lost their chance to go through to second phase by loosing in Lyon 2-3 to FC Barcelona. FC Barcelona and Bayer 04 Leverkusen are in phase 2.

Group G.

Dep. La Coruna could only manage a draw 1-1 against Lille in Spain. Manchester United won 3-0 against Olympiakos Pireaus in Manchester. Manchester United and Dep. La Coruna are in phase 2.

Group H.

Spartak Moscow and Sparta Pragus played 2-2 in yesterdays early match in Moscow. Bayern München won 3-1 over Feyenoord in Germany. Bayern München and Sparta Prague are in phase 2.
