Xabi happy playing with good friend Arbeloa at Real Madrid

Xabi Alonso admits he regards Alvaro Arbeloa as his best friend at Real Madrid.

The pair also played together at Liverpool.

"I am great friends with Álvaro Arbeloa, who I have shared much of my sporting career with, ever since we were at Liverpool right up till now at Real Madrid, as well as our success playing for Spain," Xabi told Club del Deportista.
