Xabi Alonso in no rush over Real Madrid contract talks

Xabi Alonso says he's not in a rush to pen any new Real Madrid deal.

Delays over new contract talks at Real has sparked speculation of Xabi moving on.

But the former Liverpool midfielder insists: "I have no hurry, I'm fine and I feel very valued by the club, my teammates, and I do not take things in a hurry."

"I have two years on my contract and I'm 30. Both sides are calm. I prefer to be a bit reserved."
