Words Can't Describe How I Feel - Raul

Real Madrid striker Raul was at a loss for words when trying to explain his feelings regarding Tuesday's shocking departure from the Champions League.

"Words can't describe how I feel. It was a big shock for me and Real Madrid. I cannot imagine how the fans feel, but we let them down," said Raul.

Raul admits that Real Madrid did underestimate Monaco on Tuesday and for that they paid dearly.

"We thought we were up against inferior opposition. Because of that, this loss is much more harder to take than last year's semi final defeat to Juve," he added.

Real Madrid were eyeing a treble in January but can only win the Liga title now as they have let two trophies slip away.
