Woodgate assures Real Madrid fans: I'll be back

Real Madrid defender Jonathan Woodgate has assured fans he will bounce back from his latest injury.
 
Woody has suffered a muscle tear his left thigh, which will keep him out for four weeks - including the November 19 showdown with Barcelona.

"It was not a good moment, but I am strong, with great mental toughness," said Woodgate. "It's difficult not to be able to continue playing, because I was getting used to the pace of the competition and I felt comfortable on the field."

"I was satisfied with my form."

"I hope the fans don't forget me, because I will be back very soon."
