Van der Vaart determined to stick with Real Madrid

Rafael van der Vaart is adamant he wants to remain with Real Madrid.

The Dutchman was linked with a move to Arsenal on the weekend, along with Steve McClaren's FC Twente.

But Van der Vaart says: "I want to stay at Real. At the moment I'm playing regularly and I will not leave this club."

"Now, my family is settled in Madrid and we are happy."
