Valencia reject Real Madrid mega offer for Villa

Real Madrid have had a cash-plus-player offer rejected by Valencia for striker David Villa.

Radio Marca says Real offered £15 million plus Julio Baptista for Villa, but Valencia knocked it back over the Brazilian's £2 million-a-year wage demands.

Real are ready to try again with a £20 million bid and the option of adding Esteban Granero and Ruben de la Red in the deal.
