Valencia president admits interest in Real Madrid's Figo

Valencia president Juan Soler admits he's interested in Real Madrid winger Luis Figo.

However, the Portuguese veteran's personal terms are too steep for Valencia and Soler said: "At the moment, we won't be trying to sign Figo because the cost is very high.

"But if the moment arrived that the subject could return and the coaches considered that he was necessary, then we would speak."

Inter Milan remain favourites to sign Figo.
