Valdano set to join Florentino Perez at Real Madrid

Jorge Valdano will join Florentino Perez's ticket for this summer's Real Madrid election.

Perez will publicly declare for Real's presidential battle within a month, says lanacion.es, and Valdano will be confirmed as part of his team.

The Argentine was sports director under Perez during his previous period as president and helped introduce the policy of the 'Zidanes and Pavones'.
