Valdano: Real Madrid are not afraid of Barcelona - nor anyone else

Real Madrid GM Jorge Valdano says they welcome a Copa final against eternal rivals Barcelona.

Both teams won their Copa del Rey semis to set up the exciting clash.

"We're here to defy Barca. It is our responsibility and our obligation," declared Valdano. "There's two months for that game and at that time many things can change. We'll see how the balance of power will be by then."

"But we are Madrid and not afraid of anyone. We hope and count on the support of our fans."
