Tottenham successfully talking down Real Madrid price for Diarra

Tottenham are edging closer to landing Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra.

AS says Spurs have made several approaches to Real in recent weeks and managed to talk down their price Diarra from £20 million to £15 million.

Tottenham hope to push Real down to £10 million.

Madrid sources say they expect Spurs to make a concrete offer for Diarra once they sell Wilson Palacios to Stoke City.
