Think before you boo a legend!!!

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was jeered on different occasions during Los Blancos 2-1 win against Malaga on Saturday.

Fans whistled and jeered Bernabeu legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, after a poor touch four minutes into Saturday’s fixture against Malaga, where skipper Sergio Ramos’s brace ended Madrid’s two games skid.

As ridiculous as it might sound, Blancos fans have actually been booing Cristiano Ronaldo, a player that has amassed over 380 goals plus for the club. Although he wasn’t at his very best on Saturday, jeering Ronaldo is inexplicable. Bernabeu supporters were booing a guy that has scored 382 goals for their team in 370 games. He has been scoring more than a goal a game for you, for seven and a half years, but yet that’s not enough.

Indeed, Ronaldo has struggled as of late, but the man has four Ballon d’Ors for a reason. Name a Real Madrid player who has one? I’ll wait. The man they’re abusing has scored an absurd 94 Champions League goals and was the driving force behind La Decima and UnDecima. It’s pretty bizarre to remind fans what the Portuguese international has done for their team, but that’s the world we’re living in today.

One person who did come for the under fire star was his manager, Zinedine Zidane.

“Sometimes when you have difficulties you need the fans’ help and to be behind you," said Zidane. "I am not going to criticise the fans because they pay their money."

"But with so many games and a lot of injuries, the players need to feel that love sometimes. The coach does too."

Also take this into consideration Madrid fans, had it not been for Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, his fierce rival, would have been the undisputed world’s best player as no other player would be on his insanely level.

Think about all this before booing a man who’s done so much for your club.
