Tevez using Real Madrid to force Man Utd's hand

Carlos Tevez's advisors are pressing Manchester United to make his deal permanent before the end of January.

The Sun says the striker’s owner Kia Joorabchian is frustrated United have not gone through with their promise to turn the Argentine’s loan deal into a £32million move.

He was told by United chief executive David Gill in the summer the deal would be done imminently but there is still no sign of it.

Real Madrid have let it be known they want to sign Tevez.

Now he is ready to do business to secure a deal for next season — even if United assure him a permanent contract in the summer.

Joorabchian and Tevez are not prepared to wait that long for the player’s future to be sorted.
