Real will face the winners of Saturday's Copa del Rey final between Zaragoza and Celta Vigo.
The Super Cup first leg will be played at the ground of the Copa del Rey victors, while the return leg will be played at the home of the league champions.
Real Madrid have lifted the Super Cup on five occasions, since the tournament began in 1982.
The last time they picked up the trophy was back in 1997, when they defeated Barcelona 5-3 on aggregate.
Also penciled in for the close season is a trip to Galicia for Deportivo's Teresa Herrera tournament on August 9-11.
The Merengues have been confirmed as guests in the popular competition along with Montevideo's Penarol and Sporting Lisbon.
Other possible contestants include Arsenal, Roma and Girondins.
