Squad Condition Worries Del Bosque

Vicente Del Bosque said he was concerned with his squad general state of health as he planned to rest as many key players as possible in the Copa match with Oviedo.

"I drew up this selection bearing in mind some of our players needed a break", Del Bosque explained. "We can't afford to overlook any tournament we take part in. And this means we have to use all the players at hand".

"The ones that are left out shouldn't worry. If there is some change here it is only for technical reasons and that has nothing to do with our recent performances", Del Bosque explained.
