Soldado: Real Madrid goal worth the wait

Real Madrid striker Roberto Soldado admits his winner against Olympiakos on Wednesday night was a dream come true.
 
The 20 year-old told AS: "The game was a dream come true. I am very happy with how it all went, though most importantly we gained the three points."

"This year has been great for me at the Santiago Bernabeu. I've scored twice with the reserves and now once with the seniors in the three games I've played here."

"My dream has become a reality. For a Madridista such as myself the feelings are very special as I have been here since I was very young."

He added: "People have asked why I stay because Real Madrid always have the best strikers in the world. But I am only 20 and once you get the emotion of this club inside you it is very difficult to leave."
