Soldado only thinking of Real Madrid future

Roberto Soldado was delighted to make his first appearance for Real Madrid this season in Saturday's defeat at Espanyol.

A second-half substitute, Soldado was quick to deny reports he was angling for a move away from Real in January: "When I renewed my contract with Madrid, I knew of the difficulty of playing the same amount of games that I did with Osasuna."

"I am in the best team in the world, I am 22 years old and I have time to prove my worth. I only think about playing for Real Madrid."
