Solari doubtful for Roma clash

Real Madrid star Santiago Solari is out of Wednesday's Champions League visit of Roma after the player fell injured in training on Monday.

Solari has sprained the calf muscle in his left leg and will be rested until he is given the all-clear from club doctors.

The 24-year-old Argentine ace joins Real's increasing casualty list along with Flavio
Concecaio, Ivan Campo and Aitor Karanka.

Elsewhere, Savio Bortolini is likely to miss the Roma game on Wednesday and Saturday's trip to Villareal, the winger is suffering from inflamed ligaments in his left knee and will be out of the game for the next 10-15 days.

Defender Geremi Fotso however, may make a return to the side this week, he has nearly made a full recovery from his muscle tear injury.
