Sneijder pleads for Real Madrid stay

Wesley Sneijder has pleaded with Real Madrid management to let him stay.

"I want to play for Real Madrid. I do not want to leave because I know I can be important in this team. I will fight to the last moment to stay here," said Sneijder, who is a target for Manchester Unitde, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich.

"As far as I know, the coach (Manuel Pellegrini) tells me he wants me. That motivates me more to keep working hard and to be part of this plan."
