Sergio Ramos to undergo treatment for shoulder injury AFTER 'El Clasico' between Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Sergio Ramos has decided to play through the pain of his shoulder injury when his Real Madrid side host Barcelona in 'El Clasico' later this month.

Spanish daily Marca are reporting that the defender will undergo treatment for the problem which was aggravated after he landed on his shoulder having scored from a bicycle kick against Sevilla on Sunday.

The 29-year-old, who will now miss Spain's games with England and Belgium is thought to prefer a conservative treatment plan to rehabilitate his shoulder, but has not ruled out surgery.

Barcelona could also be set for good news heading into the Spanish top-flight's biggest game, with Lionel Messi in contention to feature at the Bernabeu.

Mundo Deportivo claim that while Barcelona will be taking no risks on the forward's fitness for the clash, they are hopeful the Argentine can play a role on November 21.
