Scolari says critics of Real Madrid's Ronaldo "jealous of his popularity with women"

Former Chelsea manager Luiz Felipe Scolari has paid tribute to Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo.

Scolari worked with Ronaldo as Portugal coach.

"Ronaldo is a great and wonderful person," said the Brazilian. "Ronaldo is spectacular. Works like no other, is a companion and friend. A professional of the highest level."

On Ronaldo's critics, Big Phil barked: "They are angry because Cristiano is very good player, attractive and a success with women."
