Schuster: Real Madrid directors did not want Villa

Bernd Schuster has revealed how he was blocked from signing David Villa for Real Madrid.

Former Real coach Schuster insists if he had his way, the Valencia star would already being at the Santiago Bernabeu.

"I wanted to sign him," said the German, "but inside Real Madrid there were many people who did not want him to arrive."
