Schuster: I've no long-term chance at Real Madrid

Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster can't see himself as a long-term proposition at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real sports chief Pedja Mijatovic declared they wanted to keep Schuster "for a long time, like in England", but Schuster said: "I welcome the comments, but we all know how football in Spain works, it's completely different to England."

"It is another world. We cannot be compared with them."

"For that reason, I cannot ever see a trainer spending 12 years at Real Madrid. In this country it would be impossible."
