Santos star Robinho wants reunion with Real Madrid's Luxemburgo

Santos star Robinho has dropped another hint he is on his way to Real Madrid at the end of this season.

Despite rival interest from Chelsea and Porto, Robinho insists he wants to play in Spain, declaring: "From my point of view, Spanish football is ideal for Brazilians. Most of my compatriots who went to Spain have adapted well."

The winger also revealed he would only leave Santos for a big club.

"If I leave Santos, it is important to go to a club that is used to winning titles. It would not serve me to go to an organization that paid me a lot of money, but did not allow me to shine nor to be in the national team."

On the prospect of again playing for his ex-Santos coach, Vanderlei Luxemburgo, at Real Madrid, Robinho was clear: "Vanderlei is a trainer that I know and he likes my work."

"It would be very satisfying to again work with him. He is a coach above the average, it is impossible to not be motivated by him."
