Santos Defender Alex Set For Mystery Spanish Move

Highly coveted Santos defender Alex has revealed that he is set to move to Spain at the end of the season.

"At the end of this week, I will have a meeting to complete the negotiations," he revealed. "Everything has already been arranged between both clubs, therefore the transfer will be done. I will leave Santos in July."

"I know that Santos wanted nearly $6m for letting me go, but they will accept the $4.5m offer that they received from a Spanish team that I can't name. I can only say that it isn't Real Madrid."

Milan had also been strongly linked with the defender.
