Salgado calm over lack of Real Madrid action

Michel Salgado is calm over his situation at Real Madrid.

The Spain fullback has struggled for minutes this season, but insists: "I hope to grab my chance when it comes and prove I can play regularly. I am training very well."

Asked if teammate Iker Casillas deserves this year's Ballon d'Or, Salgado added: "It is clear that Casillas deserves it. But not because he's a teammate, but because he's succeeded in one of the most difficult positions in the team."
