Ronaldo won't desert sinking Real Madrid ship

Ronaldo insists he won't leave Real Madrid's 'sinking ship' and has hit out at the media for suggesting rifts inside the dressing room.
 
Speaking after Wednesday night's home defeat by Racing Santander, Ronaldo rapped: "For now, the reaction of the fans is unimportant."

"We are searching for our game, we are not happy, but there is great desire in the team so that this situation changes. We can draw a thousand conclusions, but the best thing is to shut up, to listen, to train and, the sooner, to leave this situation."

"The Press lies when saying that there are sides in the dressing room. We are not divided by nationalities, we are a team that wants to win. Hopefully the fans listen to me. We all defend the same color, that is the one of Real Madrid."

"It has never gone through my mind to leave. Nobody will try to leave the ship and I am a soldier. I do not have any intention to leave the ship."
