Ronaldo mends bridges with Real Madrid's Del Bosque: He's the best

Hat-trick hero Ronaldo says there is no problem between himself and Real Madrid trainer Vicente del Bosque.

Del Bosque criticised the Brazilian a fortnight ago, but Ronaldo played down the rift last night saying: "Del Bosque is the best trainer in the world and is well suited to Real Madrid. Though his training can get complicated."

Ronaldo also revealed he kept the match-ball after the 5-1 win at Alaves on Saturday.

"I was so pleased to score three. Following the custom in England, McManaman told me that he had asked for the ball so that the rest of my teammates could sign it and present it to me."

"But I don't have it yet because I didn't have time to take it with me after the game."
