Ronaldo Issues Message To Zidane

Inter striker Ronaldo has intensified speculation that he fancies a move to Real Madrid by issuing a message to Zinedine Zidane on his official website.

After thanking the Frenchman for his compliments after the World Cup (Zidane said Ronaldo should win the Player of the Year award) and recalling his friendship during the Brazilian's difficult years, Ronaldo said: "I take this chance to wish you a great season with Real and set a date: who knows, one day in the future, we can play together. Thank you Zidane."

A move, however, remains unlikely this summer.
