Ronaldo: I want to win everything with Real Madrid

In his first day as a Real Madrid player, Ronaldo admitted yesterday he "never lost the dream of playing" for the European champs.

"I always thought everything would finish well," said the Brazilian.

"I'm here to win everything we can. Obviously, the pressure is now on the club to do just this, but you wouldn't want it any other way."

Ronaldo also paid tribute to Real president Florentino Perez and his work during negotiations.

"I never lost confidence because I knew Perez was determined to make this transfer work."

"He never gave up and put a lot of pressure on Milan. This is all down to the president, who was determined to make something great."

Ronaldo says he expects to be 100 per cent fit in 20 days time.
