Ronaldo Denies Insulting Inter And Cuper

Ronaldo has released a statement on his official website denying that he insulted Inter or their coach Hector Cuper after leaving for Real Madrid.

He said that false quotes had been published in the press, and added that he felt sorry for the fans 'who are forced to read these fake stories.'

Inter have also released a statement saying they believe his claims that his words were 'misinterpreted by the press.'

The Brazilian was quoted as saying that he wasn't alone in not liking the Argentinian coach in his time at the club.
