Ronaldo: Chelsea can be as big as Real Madrid

Ronaldo believes Chelsea can become as big as Real Madrid under new owner Roman Abramovich.

The Brazilian has admitted he is following Chelsea's progress closely this season and is said to be an end-of-season target for Abramovich.

Ronaldo said, "I am following Chelsea's progress. I hope things work out for them because if the investment they have had goes well then other people will want to put money into the game."

"I don't think of them as a threat to us yet. They still have to find their level, but they will be in the same position as Real Madrid at some point."
