Robinho's agent in Spain next week for Real Madrid talks

Agent Wagner Ribeiro has confirmed that he will be in Spain next Friday to finalise terms over Robinho's much-anticipated move to Real Madrid.
 
Santos were eliminated from the Copa Liberatores this week by Atletico Paranaense, which frees up Robinho to complete his move to Spain.

"Robinho is very sad about the elimination," said Ribeiro. "The Copa Liberatores is like the European Champions League and he wanted to win it this year, but now he is focused on the Confederations Cup with Brazil."

"Until that finishes, he does not want to think about anything else."

Ribeiro confirmed that negotiations between Real Madrid and Santos will now resume and he will first fly to Germany to talk with Robinho next Wednesday before travelling to Madrid.
