Robinho's agent blasts Santos president over Real Madrid battle

The agent of Robinho has slammed Santos president Marcelo Teixeira over his stubborn approach to negotiations with Real Madrid.
 
Wagner Ribeiro has sent his client 300 kilometres away from Santos to a coastal locality to steer clear of the controversy and also the pressure from local journalists as Teixeira's position comes to a head.

Ribeiro barked yesterday: "The situation is still the same, but sooner or later Teixeira will have to give with his arm being twisted so much."

"What is happening is already untenable and the biggest one harmed is Robinho, who has given everything to Santos and their fans."
