Robinho: I want Real Madrid move

Santos winger Robinho has declared openly he wants a move to Real Madrid.
 
"I want to play for Real Madrid, the best club in the world. I want to leave Santos now and I will try to solve this impasse. I do not have the motivation to play here any longer," said Robinho.

"I will only leave for Real Madrid. If I can't join Madrid, then I will stay here until my contract runs out in 2008."

"I hope the president of Santos remembers his promise that he wouldn't make it difficult for me to leave if the right offer came. I don't know if he is doing this purposely. I've never had a problem with the president. But he made a promise."

He added: "I know that I will upset people with these comments. But the intelligent fans will understand I must go to Real Madrid to fulfill my potential."
