Robinho delighted with Real Madrid debut

Real Madrid coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo was delighted with the debut of Robinho in Sunday's win at Cadiz.

"With him in the squad we have new possibilities," said Luxemburgo. "If we were going to sign him it is because we wanted to use him. I am satisfied."

"Also, for me I have liked a lot the experiment of Baptista as a pivot in midfield."

"I decided to change with Robinho after Gravesen picked up a yellow card and they had equalised. I believe Robinho has responded. He gave us something different."

Robinho also said: "I'm very happy and pleased with my debut. It was important to begin with a win and we have obtained an important victory. Everything has gone well and I have felt pleasure. I am very pleased."
