Roberto Carlos won over by Real Madrid boss Capello

Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello has won over wing-back Roberto Carlos.

The Brazilian ace had concerns when Capello was first appointed, but has since signed a new deal with Real and told Marca today: "It has been good working with Capello. He can make us all into winners."

Roberto Carlos went on: "There is a long way to go in the Liga and the title race is very open."

"In the Champions League we have played better and I believe we can beat Bayern Munich in the knockout round. We must fight for every title."
