Reyes delighted with Real Madrid welcome

Jose Reyes is delighted with the welcome he's received from his new Real Madrid teammates.
 
On-loan from Arsenal, Reyes said: "The truth is that I had a great desire to be here. I have said so forty thousand times that I would like to play in Real Madrid and I am now here."

"The players have received me well enough and I have to be thankful to everyone for that."

Reyes also revealed he's already had a chat with coach Fabio Capello.

"In principle, it went well. A trainer like Fabio Capello transmits seriousness. He is a good coach. We have spoken a little and everything has gone very well."

Reyes added: "I'm very proud to be the club's first Spanish signing of this new project. Real Madrid have made great signings and I hope we enjoy a change of fortune this season."
