Real to offer Morata for Chelsea star

Real Madrid are ready to offer Alvaro Morata and cash for Eden Hazard, but the Chelsea playmaker could opt to stay put.

Rumours of Real making a swoop for Hazard refuse to go away and the latest suggest they will throw in long-time Chelsea target Morata as part of the deal. Chelsea boss Antonio Conte attempted to sign Morata last summer, but Real refused to do a deal as he had just returned from Juventus and figured in the plans of Zinedine Zidane.

However they are now willing to sell and could offer him to Chelsea as part of a £100million deal to lure Hazard away.

Chelsea are likely to knock it back and any move is likely to hinge on the player, who says he is going nowhere for now. "There is nothing to say. I take it game by game. I try to play as much as possible. That's it," Hazard told Belgian journalist Claude Atcheba after the defeat against Crystal Palace.

Pressed by Atcheba whether he would 'fancy' going to Spain, he replied: 'Why do you want to put me in s***? No, I'm very well here. I have stuff to finish this year. "I have a contract until 2020. Voila, for now I'm here."
