Real Squad Unsettled By Ronaldo Flop, Raul Warns

Real Madrid star Raul Gonzalez is the first player to vent his fears about the impact of Ronaldo's failed transfer to the club.

"The case is not closed, so players linked with a part-exchange move to Inter will stay on alert", Raul warned. "This will eventually create doubt and possibly unrest in the dressing room".

Fernando Morientes, Flavio Conceiçao, Santiago Solari and Pedro Munitis were earmarked for a move to Inter to strike a deal about Ronaldo going in the opposite direction.

However neither Morientes nor Solari wanted to leave, whereas Conceiçao and Munitis were lukewarm about the prospect of exiting the Casa Blanca.
