Real Madrid Youngster Juan Carlos: Jose Mourinho Is A Good Guy

Real Madrid youngster Juan Carlos has been discussing working under Jose Mourinho, and has thanked him for giving him his Santiago Bernabeu bow in the 6-1 win over Deportivo.

Speaking in an interview with Spanish publication AS, the emerging midfielder came on as a substitute during the comprehensive win, and he spoke of that experience as well as working alongside the Portuguese boss.

He said: "He is a very nice guy. He communicates very well, and speaks many languages. He asked me if I was scared, and I said no. Before leaving, I said that this was my ambition."

"I was sitting eating on Saturday afternoon, and coach Alejandro Menendez called me and told me to go to the Bernabeu."

Carlos added that he was pleased with Mourinho’s positive words about his performance in the press conference afterwards, and stated that although he is aware that the former Chelsea and Inter coach can be critical of his players, he is yet to see it.

He remarked: "It is always good that the coach likes me, I thank him for the opportunity he has given me, and I hope that I can continue."

"He gets angry, I suppose, like all people. But I have not seen him do it."
