Real Madrid wing-back Royston Drenthe has welcomed interest from Benfica.

Drenthe is unwanted at Real by coach Jose Mourinho and seeking a move away from Madrid.

Benfica have been linked with the Dutchman, whose agent Sigi Lens told A Bola: "Benfica are a great club and Portugal has a very strong and competitive league."
