Real Madrid use Owen bait for Chelsea ace Lampard

Real Madrid are ready to offer striker Michael Owen in a bid for Chelsea midfield ace Frank Lampard.

The Sun says Owen has told Real Madrid he wants to join Chelsea if he is forced to move.

And Bernabeu chiefs hope letting Owen go to Stamford Bridge would sweeten a cheeky bid for the Blues' hottest property - midfielder Lampard.

The England international is regarded as one of the biggest talents in Europe and Real general manager Arrigo Sacchi has told his president, Florentino Perez, that if he receives any encouragement from Chelsea he must pull out all stops to land the midfielder.
