Real Madrid to up bid for Feyenoord's Drenthe

Real Madrid are planning a new £7 million bid for Feyenoord wing-back Roysten Drenthe.

Real sports director Pedja Mijatovic was in Holland on Friday for talks with Feyenoord officials and left a £4 million on the table.

With Chelsea also in the frame, Mijatovic will up Real's offer today - on orders from prospective new coach Bernd Schuster.
