Real Madrid to make final bid for Inter Milan fullback Maicon

Real Madrid are ready to make one final push for Inter Milan fullback Douglas Maicon.

Inter president Massimo Moratti declared last week that Maicon was no longer on the market.

However, Il Messaggero says Real are preparing a final €28 million cash offer for Moratti to consider. They will also meet Maicon's €7 million-a-year, five-year contract demands.
