Real Madrid step up interest in Parma ace Mutu

Real Madrid have been linked with Parma striker Adrian Mutu.

The Romania international has enjoyed an outstanding season and has also attracted the interest of Juventus and Manchester United.

Juve are seen as favourites for Mutu, however Real are reportedly stepping up their interest now that Parma's season has concluded.

Parma trainer Cesare Prandelli admitted last night: "If a big offer arrives from a big club, then of course we're going to struggle to hold onto our best players."
